Time to say goodbye
Is it… Yes I think it is… Croatia open 2010 is over!!! After one day of checking equipment and cleaning competition centre in Gerovo We have slowly closed story of first Croatian 5 day´s event. I must say that when now I remember what have OK Ris made last week I am overjoyed! Reaction from all competitors (OK 99% competitors ;)) after prize giving ceremony overthriled us all and now we can´t wait until next year. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO CAME ON CROATIA OPEN!
I think that atmosphere was amazing and that You had excelent orienteering holiday! I would also like to mention only one part of club organizeer without which this event would not be same. I must congragulate Ivica beacouse as You sow he made a great job (which lasted for one year). Thanks also to Roby for patience and excelent work with results! Barbara was amazing with kindergarden, Goran prepared you always start right on schedule. Cesare was our controler and friend from Italy and also thanks to our speaker Gogy! There is too many persons to mention in this text soo I would like to say once again THANKS to all great people which take part in organization!!!
We will prepare you routegadet, splitbrowser and split times as soon as possible. We will also publish winers routes from M21E and W21E also soo stay tuned on Inforis.
Big news is that Croatia open will get new pages! You can check it out on THIS LINK. For now there isn´t much information but for one month it will be functional.
As for the next year, we will provide you 3 completly new maps never used for orienteering before. For the first time we will make orienteering map on island – Krk! You thing that Krežulna was stony? Vršičak will show you oposite! Lividraga reminds you on Scandinavian terrains? Sungerski lug will be even better!
As you sow, we have terrains which are similar to WOC 2011. If you want to participate on training camp in spring on snow-free terrains feel free to contact us. We would be glad if we could help you achieve best performance in high-class events.
