Accommodation - IMPORTANT!
Now, two and a half months before officall start of Croatia open 2010 we will exactly define accommodation. Until now on online entry service you had only Sport hall accommodation box to check but since we will offer three types of accommodation (in sport hall, places for tents and for campers – camping cars) it seems that it was confusing to many competitors (we started recieving many e-mails about that) which acommodation to check. Here are the answers;
1 – Due to lack of interes for sleeping in Delnice (only 30 people pre-booked accommodation in sport hall in Delnice) we will provide you accommodation only in Gerovo (29 km north of Delnice). As part of bus transport there will be organized info-punkt on which you will be able to gain all information about it.
2 – From now on, on OrienteeringOnline.net you will find 3 categories (boxes) for accommodation; accommodation A (includes sleeping in sport hall on floor) – 120 persons, accommodation B (places for tents near school in Gerovo) – 60 places and accommodation C (parking places for campers) – 20 parking lots. All competitors which atent to use this accommodation provided by organizeer need to update their informations on THIS Internet page (for example, if you want to sleep in tent but you already check accommodation box, you need to „uncheck“ yourself from accommodation A and switch to accommodation B). if you want to sleep in sport hall you don´t need to change anything. Competitors which are planing to camp with their campers are also obligated to send us their licence plate number (car registration number) by e-mail.
3 – If you have already made payment, it is still valid for you (you dont need to make extra payment).
4 – In accommodation provided by organizeer, for competitors will be provided aditional toilets, men´s and women´s showers, water, electric power and place for rest and aditional activities. Accommodation will be supervised all the time by oficaial persons.
5 – Organized accommodation in Gerovo will be available from Monday (12th July at 12:00) to Tuesday (20th July at 18:00). On THIS page by chicking the accommodation box You are booking accommodation for period from 14th – 19th July. Every aditional night will cost you 3€ (for this aditional night you will pay in Croatia upon your arrival).
6 – In close vicinity of accommodation is store with groseries (also working in Sunday), petrol station, cafe bars and bakery which will be available for you all the time. In Gerovo is ATM from ERSTE bank, on which you may gain money using your credit card (American Express, Maestro, Visa or Diners).
7 – Pansion „Lipovac“ beside accommodation, will offer and apropriate hot meals. In „Lipovac“ there are still available places soo in case if you are interested in sleeping there, please contact them on this phone; +385/051-823-185.
8 – Let us remind you that we will organize bus-transport for our competition by apropriate scheduale. Fee for bus transport (for 5 stages) is 25€ per person.

1st stage: Delnice – Crni Lug – Gerovo – Crni lug – Gerovo – Delnice
2nd stage: Gerovo (Sport hall) – Delnice – Opatija – Delnice – Gerovo
3rd-5th stage: Delnice – Gerovo (Sport hall) – Lividraga – Gerovo – Delnice
